My name is Taylor Finch and I am an emerging editor and sound designer. 

I completed my studies at University of Notre Dame, Fremantle, graduating with a Bachelors in Communications and Media (Film and Screen Production major) in 2024.  During my time as a student, I was awarded the Australian Screen Editors 'Ellie Award' for "Most Outstanding Student Editor” (2024). 

Since graduating, I have co-directed, edited and completed sound on a graduate film.  I have also been selected for two highly competitive ScreenWest attachments, amongst other work. These roles have enhanced my skill in collaborative post-production, as I work alongside the lead editor and series producer to help deliver high quality television content. I am proficient at Avid Media Composer, Da Vinci Resolve, Avid Pro Tools, Adobe Premier Pro and the rest of the Adobe range.
